She began her career as a service provider in 2004, specializing in fiber optic connectivity for schools and libraries while educating them on maximizing E-Rate discounts. Over the years, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the program, leveraging her expertise to support educational institutions in securing critical funding for technology infrastructure.

The majority of Ginnie’s career has been dedicated to E-Rate consulting, where she played a pivotal role in guiding schools and libraries through the application process, compliance requirements, and strategic planning. Ginnie continues to be a trusted advisor in the E-Rate space, helping schools and libraries maximize their technology funding opportunities with her versatility, extensive knowledge, proven leadership, and commitment to bridging the digital divide.

Over the past two years, I’ve played a key role in developing a custom funding platform for nonprofits, integrating real-world grant logic with intuitive, user-centered design to improve accuracy and operational efficiency. My focus has been on aligning client strategy with technical development to ensure seamless implementation and measurable impact. Previously, I led enterprise-level process improvements and CRM standardization initiatives to drive consistency and scalability as a technology integrator.
