I didn't just learn E-Rate from a textbook; I lived it from both sides of the table.
I started my career in 2004 as a service provider, selling fiber optic connectivity to schools and libraries and teaching them how to use E-Rate discounts to make it affordable. That experience gave me something most consultants don't have which is a real understanding of how vendors think, how they price, and where the compliance landmines are hiding.
Over the years, my focus shifted to the applicant side, where I found my true calling. Guiding a school district through a complex competitive bidding process, writing strategic RFPs, defending funding in a USAC audit, or helping a library finally access technology their patrons desperately need. This is what makes me thrive as that work never gets old. Every win matters because the stakes are real.
What drives me today is the same thing that drew me in 20 years ago: the E-Rate program exists to close the digital divide, and too many eligible organizations still aren't getting everything they're entitled to. I've spent my career making sure that changes — one client at a time.




Technology has always been a constant in everything I do and after 20+ years in the EdTech space, I've seen firsthand how the right tools can completely transform the way organizations operate, sell, and grow.
My background spans CRM strategy, sales process design, and marketing technology working alongside schools, vendors, and businesses to build systems that actually get used, not just implemented. I understand how technology decisions get made in educational environments, and I know how to bridge the gap between what a platform promises and what a team can realistically execute.
Today, I bring that same lens to every client engagement by layering in AI-powered tools for marketing, SEO, and content strategy to help organizations work smarter and move faster. AI isn't a shortcut for me; it's a multiplier. It lets me deliver sharper insights, more targeted strategies, and better results in less time.
